DETOX Programs (internal cleansing)
WE offer 3, 7,and 10 day detox programs. We recommend the seven day program as the ideal and a longer program is even better. If you are a highly disciplined person you can do the shorter programs which will teach you how to detox and continue on your own with telephone support from us and personal backup if you need it. Most people do the seven day program which is outlined below.
Why Detox
In today’s world it is impossible to avoid exposure and consumption of toxins. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat all have some amount of harmful chemicals. These toxic materials accumulate in the body tissues, especially fat tissues. Also most of us are experiencing a high degree of stress in our lives. Stress inhibits proper digestion of foods, which in turn creates a toxic environment in the stomach and digestive organs.
Therefore a periodic internal cleansing or detox of the body is most beneficial in preventing dis-ease. Detox gives the body a much-needed rest and eliminates toxic buildup and greatly strengthens the immune system, which is our body’s defense against disease.
People who have been diagnosed as incurable have healed themselves by detoxing. It is an ancient form of healing that has been rediscovered and is now being offered in health retreats around the globe.

THREE to SEVEN DAY DETOX PROGRAM, details:

First day:
12:00 noon  Guest arrives and invited to a light vegetarian lunch.
2:00  Guest completes the  health evaluation questionnaire and receives a consultation
and explanation of the program. Guest's health concerns are addressed.
6:00 Warm vegetable soup and/or salad for dinner.

Daily (EXCEPT LAST DAY)

First day :      

Guest arrives and starts detox by taking a herbal laxative to clear the intestines of all fecal matter.
After total evacuation we start drinking alternatively with detoxyfying herbal teas and  freshly pressed fruit or vegetable juices.


Daily  (except last day) :

Wake up.   Drink water upon awakening or tea with detox herbs.
Take  a walk to start blood circulation,  feel good breathing the fresh mountain air and enjoy  the beautiful countryside.

Last Day
Same as daily schedule except guest can begin transition diet: whole non-citrus fruit and plain, unsweetened yogurt for breakfast and steamed veggies and rice for lunch.
Check out after 1:00 pm. lunch
Upon returning home one should eat a transition diet composed of steamed vegetables,
rice, and juices for two days,. Then gradually introduce heavier foods and follow the diet suggestions given during the program.

DETOX VILLA Two Bedrooms with double beds and private bath,  All-inclusive DETOX PROGRAM  and vegetarian detox meals and one massage:
1800 Baht/night, single occupancy ( $60)
1100 Baht/night, double occupancy ($40)
 900 Baht/night/person, for 3 or 4 people ($32 each)

 Minimum stay is 3 nights.
